Ambitions: First Impressions

I love ambitions, and have all the packs installed. I can play the game fine, but the launcher is acting weird. Every time I start it, it says "THERE WAS AN ERROR DURING START-UP. PLEASE SEE LOG FOR MORE DETAILS" What do I do?

There was a thread to Start the game without opening the Launcher HERE But if you want to download and upload content from your game or to it then you would be better looking where Pam said to HERE

I doubt it, I got Ambitions for a Xmas present and I still see it on store shelves. Why on earth would they recall it anyway?!

I think I read it on wikipedia. Afterwards I searched for a reason for a recall, but didn't find much more information on it. Looking at the article now, I think they deleted the information.

Someone had posted a question about it on yahoo answers, too. Perhaps the whole thing is a misunderstanding. o:

It's safe to say that Ambitions was not recalled and this is just misinformation.

That's a relief. I'd like to buy Ambitions someday.

I saw the same thing on yahoo answers after reading this and it seemed more like that store not having it instead of it being recalled. Poor word choice by the posters there.
