I know where to find the styling mirror, I was just saying I don't think you get one at level 10 in the styling career.

Well, yes you will get one. Not directly after reaching level 10, but after doing some extra styling things (12 makeovers or so) while being at level 10. You will than get a fashion mirror who in my opinion looks quite cool! All that glimmer and glamor would do really well in my mansion.
So I was hoping someone of the Fasion Queens over here could explain more about it to me.
Btw, the mirror will grand your sim with a environment boost of 6. Pretty slik huh?

My sim's drafting board can't research new fashion designs, instead she draws 'missing texture' all the time. I've tryed re-setting sim, re-loading the game and it's still there. It also happens on all the other games :/

hi
i had problem of "my sim did a good work but my client is picky" then i search here and changed my trait to perfectionist and artistic, but nothing changed from lvl 7 to lvl 10 and beyond about 9/10 of my client made the same respose and i just make 15% of my portfilo. then for some reason (not relevent) my game crashed i cleared my cash (as i always do) and i reload to my last save i was lvl 7 in stylish profession again i changed my trait again this time everything changed now 9/10 of my client are pleased with me and until now lvl 9 35% of my portfilo is complete

btw i always save in a different file and delete the old one i am not sure if this make a difference but i thinked i must mention it

hope it help
sorry i didnt read all message in this thread so i dont know if someone else find this solution

A couple have people have wondered if the new patch (1.24) got rid of the makeover glitch. I can definitely say it didn't -- one of my deca dynasty members legally gained 20 days with a makeover.

Oh, wow, they gained a lot of days!

As for the patch, thanks for the info.  I was wondering that myself -- I like the Stylist profession and so I was hoping 1.24 would fix this glitch.  Guess not.
