Furniture from Junk Yard

I was playing yesterday and actually found a working phone on the ground of the junkyard.  I found that pretty cool.  I've also found usable stuff in the junk piles too.

I too think it's a shame that a handy sim can't build their skills repairing the discarded furniture.  It would have been a nice way to earn money if a sim wanted to work from home.  I guess I lack the fun gene but I don't like blowing things up even in a game.   It just seems so wasteful.

Not to mention you can get publicly disgraced for blowing stuff up if you are a celebrity.
