At this time, there is no magic sims can use, nor are their any frankenstsins.  I'm not sure what you saw.  Though I am curious, if creating a vampire counts for the LTW.  And has anyone tested the ghost babies yet to see if they count?

I think he mean that scary sim that was used in the lifetime reward guide. If I remember right Leto write it.

Ah, that one.  That one isn't a monster.  Not an actual one anyway.  He was still created in CAS to be the utility sim to take care of needs while the inventor worked on the LTW.

The "Mystical" part refers to creating Mummies. You put 5 Canopic Jars (spelling?) in a Sarcophagus, and choose "Summon Mummy" (you need World Adventures to do this).
