TSR Installer Monkey?

A very talented artist created a trashy version of my simself for me.  I'm a little embarrassed that I can't figure out how to install Installer Monkey on my computer.  I tried reading "Downloading for Fracking Idiots" and it's beyond me.

I saved MTS_Delphy_930532_TS3InstallerHelper.rar &  MTS_Delphy_931933_TS3InstallerHelperUAC.rar to my desktop, but I can't open them.  I get a message saying Windows can not open this file.

Do you know anything about this?

I had a similar issue a couple of days ago when I was thinking about installing some of that custom fancy hair.  The best I could figure out is that my computer doesn't have a program to extract the .rar file.  I would need to purchase WinZip or WinRar or some other kind of extraction program.  I haven't done it yet, so I don't know for sure if it would work.

The solution is simple, head to http://rarlabs.com/download.htm It is a trial, but it seems to work indefinitely for me. I like it better than Winzip for all my extraction needs. Choose the English 32-bit version, under the localized category.
