That's correct. It all boils down to your total when the clock runs out. If a Romantic Interest would die the day before the clock ran out, then their picture would not appear in the Relationships tab anymore.

Also, are there any traits or LTW rewards that are off limits??

No traits are banned. The Moodlet Manager is banned, as always. That's specifically mentioned already.

Ok, this is a question I have after doing something similar in my Alphabetical Legacy:  Can we enter Edit Town mode to figure out the next family in the Alphabet?  Or do we have to rely only on sims that our Sim has met?  Obviously we can't alter anything in Edit Town mode, it would only be for reference purposes.

No. But, don't forget that practicing ahead of time to gain useful info is okay .

Once we have reached Romantic Interest do we break up with them or keep them like that?

Scoring is based on how many romantic interests we have at the end not how many we make so if you broke up with them you'd only have 1  at the end.

Nope. Again, it's a one-way journey through the alphabet.

So, the whole idea is keeping them romantic interests, so you can count in the friends list how many you have by the hearts.  If you break up with them, you are losing them as a romantic interest and then that defeats the whole purpose of the challenge.  Is this correct?  Just checking.

It all comes down to how many Romantic Interests you have in the Relationships tab when the clock runs out. How you "keep" the relationship at that level is part of the strategy and can't be discussed here. I did give a pretty big hint for someone else in another thread a couple hours ago that could benefit anyone in this event. You can do the snooping for that.

Well, of course, that makes perfect sense.  Now you got me curious, will have to go snooping, lol.  Actually, I think I already read it.  Will check though.  I haven't officially signed on to this one yet.  Will let you know though.
