I'm pretty sure this is the right thread to post this question in.  I'm looking to be a community lot that will act as a farm.  I'm looking to modify the large equestrian center so I can put crops in one area, surrounded by fences of course. My question is, using buy-debug to access the crops, and place them, will they be fully grown and ready for harvest in a few days, or will they start as seeds and my Sims need to tend them, or will they start as seeds and grow on their own?

Plants from BuyDebug come fully grown, sometimes they have Fruits/Vegs visibly as you place them and sometimes they don't and you have to wait. You don't have to tend plants on a community lot, or water them. If you want ones with harvestables on straight away keep placing/deleting the blank ones until a ready harvestable one turns up. I do that with Life Fruits.  ;)

There is one tiny problem with fences and garden - I couldn't find the way to lock the gate for pets on community lot. However, they can't climb up the stairs and my solution is find here.

The world editor is not for changing the ground height or terrain paint. To do something like that would need to be done using the Create a World tool.

I have not had a lot of experience with the CAW tool, so I don't know, plus this is starting to get off topic for this thread, so you should ask this question on the Create A World board.

There is a blank copy of Sunset Valley - with all the Roads, Terrain etc. but it lacks the Lots, probably Spawners and maybe Trees I think.
