A short update a lot has been happening but I forgot to take screen shots for most of it.

Karina and Stella moved out of the legacy house. Rachel has painted portraits of Stella, Karina and Evie. Sam painted portraits of Leighton and Rachel before he moved out so we are doing well with points there.

Evie delivered Saskia who to my disappointment was not blue.

Rachel aged up to elder and had a make over

Saskia aged up and inherited her dads black hair

So because I prefer my heirs and spares to grow up together and get the maternity leave out of the way all in one go, Evie got pregnant with baby number two. I also have a theory that it is more likely to have a baby with different colour skin if its twins or more. So with that in mind Evie got the fertility treatment and produced

Anastasia with mummy

Natasha with Grandpa Leighton, who also got a make over.

To my surprise they are both blue. A darker shade of blue then their mum or grandma. So bang goes my theory that one twin inherits skin colour from mum and the other from dad. Time will tell as to what colour hair they have.

I want the blue skin colour to pass on to as many generations as possible so it is most likely that either Anastasia or Natasha will become heiress. But I am also intrigued to see if skin colour could skip a generation and leave Saskia as heiress.

Wow, so many babies, toddlers, and all of them girls! Poor Leighton with all that blue women around him!
I didn't know anything about legacy rules, and your story is my first experience with it, and for now, it seems way too many babies :D
I'm also curious about genetic in game, and look forward to see more pictures of this beautiful and strange Sim girls!

I don't know what it is with all the girls my Sims have only eaten watermelon during one pregnancy. I prefer to leave the gender to chance so no doubt there will be a whole bunch of boys later on.
There has been a lot of babies but that is because I wanted to get the raise five children from babies to teens LTW out of the way before my legacy house got too full.

Big oops, there Ratchie.  Sheesh.  Didn't her momma tell her the best way to avoid that complication is the word, "no!"?  But it all worked out well and there are some lovely kids there.  You sure have your hands full with that group.
What?  Grannies can't play games?

There has been four birthdays in the Causebrook house Leila and Lola aged up to young adult and Natasha and Anastasia aged up to toddlers.

Here is the lovely Lola who aged up looking exactly like this.

Leila who again looked exactly like this so I didn't see any reason to change anything.

Natasha who has inherited her mums hair colour and possibly her dads eye colour. I haven't had a close up look of her dad.

Anastasia who has her grandmothers original blond colouring

Are these twins both a darker shade of blue than your original Sim?  I looked back and it seems like they are.  I never would have thought they'd get darker.

It came as a shock to me too Pam. I like that the twins got different colour hair too, makes remembering who is who that much easier.

I don't know it looks like anastasia is the same color as her grandma. Maybe you could get a picture of the two together and we could compare. ;D

This is Evie and eldest daughter Saskia

Anastasia with the blond hair Natasha with brown hair and Rachel in the chefs uniform. I love that both Rachel and Anastasia are pulling the exact same face. They share the insane trait so it might be that.

Anastasia,Natasha and Evie.

I do think Anastasia and Natasha are a different shade of blue to their mum and grandmother.

Finally an update.

Rachel passed on at the age of 96
Leighton passed at age 92 but I didn't get a screen shot of that.

Saskia left home and got married. Here is Danita one of her twin girls

This is Nikki. I think their ages were glitched, they aged up really quickly.

Anastasia married her high school sweetheart Antoine on a beach at sunset.

They had a daughter named Viola who as you can see is not blue.
So we tried again and got..

Paris

Milan

And Vienna

Viola as a toddler

Vienna

Milan

Paris. At first I was wondering where on earth Paris hair colour came from until I saw this

Anastasia has orange roots. I have never messed about with anybodies hair colouring.

In other news Leila has a son named stephen and Stella has a son named Jonah.

So we are on the fourth generation. I have found that the blue skin colour seems to pass on to multiples rather then one baby. Although Stella's baby boy is blue like her.

I loved your naming the triplets after cities.  Pretty names for pretty girls.

I see many familiar names here :D My nephew is named Milan (he is male) and also have cousins, Stephan and Stella, brother and sister ;)
It's great that you managed to continue blue genes in family, and so many diapers to change :o
Great job! Really interesting story!

I think blue sims look awesome with red hair, so I'd totally pick Paris for the heir if it were me!  She's so cute!

I am definitely leaning towards choosing Paris as the heir. I think she has great colouring.
