This is Cameron Sharpe, he has red skin and multicolored hair because I am experimenting with Sims 3 gene inheritance.

He is family oriented, Evil, flirty, hopeless romantic, and a kleptomaniac.
His lifetime wish is to be surrounded by family.

Here he is flirting with Zelda, and then proposing, and getting her pregnant.

Cameron, "Hey your cute"
Zelda, "And your hot"

Cameron, "Zelda, will you marry me?"

Cameron, "I can feel it, my sweet child"

And here is their home

And during all this time Cameron has joined the Culinary carrear, Zelda is a self employed painter. Cameron has also become friends with Dustin, Iliana, and Kaylynn Langerak, Zelda's relatives.

Here are the twins, Hannah the first is being held by her mother, and Haily the second is being held by her father. I wonder with the semi dark skin came from?

Mom and Dad love the twins!

And Zelda aged up to Adult

And now Zelda's pregnant again, Cameron needs to raise five teens to complete his lifetime wish so just one more pregnancy after this one to get that number of kids.

No, that LTR only works when "bought" before "WooHoo/Try For Baby" Interaction to get multiples... but if you listen to the radio on Kids channel there is a better chance to get multiples.

Somehow the stove caught on fire while Cameron was cooking, I don't know what happened, if he got distracted or it was the stoves fault.

Cameron immediately started to put out the fire.

And then a very pregnant Zelda jumped in and stated to put out the fire before it got to close to the twins who were sleeping nearby.

OK, thanks. I still don't know how Zelda had twins, it wasn't planned. I wanted a single first.

Does Zelda have the Family Oriented Trait?  And are you seriously going to raise 5 children in the second generation?  You realize you cannot move them out under the rules of the Immortal Dynasty Challenge, right?  They have to live in your house until they die.

We've been discussing the possibility that Family Oriented is causing multiple births.  It didn't used to, but it's starting to look like EA has tweaked that trait a bit.

Wow, twins was enough for me in this dynasty, but triplets would really be harder.  At least it is the beginning of your dynasty, which is way easier, if it was further down the line, then it would be alot more difficult to deal with.  My house always has 6 or 7 now, so I know there is no chance for multiples at this point.

I can say that it does work after, I found out the hard way. I wanted a single child for the first pregancy and bought the LTR after she got pregnant and Viola she had twins.

Cameron aged up and so did the twins.

Then the triplets aged up.
Learning toddler skills.

It's been hard, Cameron's only at his third carrear level, and that's because he asked his best friend boss to give him a raise. Zelda barely has any time to garden let alone paint. She has started on Hannah's toddler portrait and Cameron's YA and A portraits but won't be able to finish them until much later. I don't think I ever want to do something like this again, all Cameron and Zelda do is work and take care of children, I don't know how they are all going to learn their toddler skills. Cameron and Zelda's marrage has also taken a hit, I notriced that their relationship bar has dropped halfway.

You are very brave taking on five children in the dynasty challenge. I was wondering what your plans are going to be as you cannot move anyone out of the house and cannot produce an heir until the mum or one of the siblings die.

Well Zelda just aged up to elder a couple days after the triplets so I think she'll be gone by the time Hannah is ready for a child.

Hannah and Hailey both made the honor role before aging up now only the triplets have to age up and Cameron will have completed his lifetime wish. Cameron is now at level six of his careear.

And here she is in her brand new car, (that her dad stole from Mortimer and gave to her)

I'm extremely happy with the way she turned out, not all sims turn out pretty.

Not much happens, it's almost boring, Zelda gardens and paints, Cameron cooks and works and the kids go to school and hang out at home. I've started Hannah on painting, she's artistic and I think she's going to be the family painter and sculpter. But even with all the monotoy I still don't miss having five babies/toddlers to take care of.

Cameron is now at level 8 of his career. he is best friends with, 1&2&3  Dustin, kaylynn and parker Langerak, 4 Emma Hatch, 5 cyclone sword, 6 Jack Bunch. He has all paintings but his elder one. Has had 4 oppertunities ( do I need to list them?), Has learned all recipies (has lifefruit no deathfish) and needs to cook 25 more things to max out cooking.

So I wonder what she'll do if she ever finds out about this little 'accident'

Then late that night when the kids are asleep Cameron and Zelda are at each other's throats again. They start to yell at each other and wake up the kids. Cameron gets the wish to break up with Zelda and Zelda with Cameron. It's Cameron who does the deed.

But Zelda doesn't like being dumped by the one she wanted to dump.

You are so amazingly brave. Only in my early days of playings SIMS 3 did I use that fertility treatment. And never twice. I will be so interested in seeing how things turn out. But if I were you I wouldn't give your founder another wife. That's one less slot taken up. ;)

Geeze they can't make up their minds, and their poor children, what are they supposed to think.

The twins will age up in a couple of days and the triples in a few. Zelda is now 89 days old!

On a lighter note the twins aged uo to adults followed by the triplets, here they all are. Isn't Hannah the heir the one most like her dad? She has his skin and hair but not his blue eyes.

And here Cameron is stealing fom Holly they have 5 kids together.

The car only sells for abou seven thousand, and I thought Cameron had just won the lottery.

Cameron aged up to elder and all he needs is his elder portrait. He accomplished the surrounded by family lifetime wish. He maxed the culinary career. He maxed the cooking skill. He purchased the supermarket and upgraded crystal springs to the max. He is best friends with 1&2&3Dustin, kaylynn, and Parker Langerak, 4Emma Hatch 5sunni bakshi 6jack bunch. his opertunities 1learn Ratatouie 2read secrets of the master chef 3deliver 10 bad apples 4cater event 5make thornton wolff hotdogs and 6Deliver nice harvest to Bella. The only thing left is to paint his elder portrait. Life time rewards, office hero, legendary host, fertility treatment.

Hannah finds a husband almost immediately. Turns out that he has a child with Bella but was not dating her and he is an adult.

And then gets pregnant

And here is Vivian Sharpe. The apple of her mother and father's eyes. And her grandad's new source of joy,

And apparently Hannah's twin finds it OK to steal candy from the baby!

@Chsharpe:

I just want to make sure you understand some things about the Immortal Dynasty Challenge.

You only have to meet all the requirements for Ambrosia with just your heir.  It doesn't matter if the siblings learn skills or anything.  They don't matter at all in the big picture.  So, if you're locking things away to keep the siblings from gaining skill, it's not necessary.  In fact, you don't even have to control them.  You can let them run free and do whatever they want.  As long as you focus on your founder and the 2nd generation heir, you'll be ok as far as managing the family.  It's only the heir who has to do well in school so that you can choose traits, as well.

Now that Zelda's gone, you have 2 open slots in the house.  Your 2nd generation heir can marry and have one child to bring in the 3rd generation.  After that, the 2nd generation siblings have to start dying before the 3rd generation can marry.  It will be a little tricky, but it's definitely possible.

One last thing...  please use the Spell Check button before you post.  It will catch most of the errors I see.  :)

Edit:  Sorry, I posted this right at the moment you made your last post and didn't see the Hannah is already married and has a child.  Oops!

So I planted the bad apples again and again. It took forever but I got bad apples. I'm lost to how it happened. If you look up this oppertunity their are success stories. Well I really only lock up the stove because then they never eat leftovers, the exercise equipment because it could cause a longer life and the easel and sculpting station because that's Hannah's and I feel like they are wasting time just to have their work scrapped. I am currently finding jobs for each of them. I could probably build a nice sized home if they all max a careear.

You know, Pam, I think that might be the key.  Every time I've planted the bad apples it's been by someone who has maxed or is close to maxing gardening and is really good about fertilizing and doing tend garden.  I just had to cancel that one out as the tree and fruit all turned very nice.  I think I should have planted it elsewhere, where the gardeners might not get to it.  Might be interesting to plant it in the basement using moveobjects.  Add a sprinkler and lock the door so no one can tend it and see what happens.

Interesting story CJ.

Really brave start, and poor Zelda, I thought I gave her hard time, this is way too much for a poor Sim to handle! Congratulation for making it this far and I bet you'll finished it! Good luck.

I understood from your posts that you had to plant bad apples many times over and over again since from one bad apple tree you got only 3 bad apples, so you run out of time and finished that opportunity second time you got it. I know that there are bad apple seeds in Central Park too and with only watering and weeding it might be the answer to solve this opportunity but I haven't try it jet.

Vivian aged up to a todddler and she has the hair and skin of her mother, I'm crossing my fingers that her child gets the same things.

Her mom and dad quickly taught her, her toddler skills.

OK the worst thing just happened and I could have stopped it. Right after Cameron retired I sent him over to steal from the Landgrabbs. Well a few hours later I switched back to Hannah to make sure she was still writing a book and I find that Mortimer has just cheated on her! I don't know with who just that it happened about four hours ago game time! Here he is confessing to cheating. Their marriage is worse off than Cameron and Zelda's was and she and him keep wanting to break up with each other!

I'm at a loss to what to do. To bad Mortimer can't just have an accident but that would break the rules.

It's not that bad, don't worry. Mortimer can apologize and use other friendly interaction as long as needed to improve relationship bar, and then if you want they can start romantic interaction again. And if you don't like him anymore, he always can be "the black sheep" of the family  ;)

So he cheated on her, so what?  In RL it would be a huge deal, but in the dynasty it's not that bad, except for the story and the heartbreak of it.

She's the heir and he's going to die, right?  So you just keep things as friendly as you can, avoid woo hoo so there are no more babies from her, focus on the 3rd gen heir and get all the immortals safely to immortal-hood.  Once he's gone she can remarry someone who will be her true love and bring joy back to her life.  By then she can't have any babies anyway so it's all romance and happiness while the next immortal to be struggles to get there.

EDIT:  Sorry, posted just while you were posting the update.  So sad that Zelda is still in love with him.  When I've had ghosts come back they didn't even recognize their spouse as someone they knew and kept saying they were engaged.
What?  Grannies can't play games?

I'm so angry right now. Hannah's brother Forest and Mortimer are dumb. Forest caught on fire while inventing and when I noticed he only had twenty minutes left. I told him to put himself out but Mortimer was in the shower so I had to cancel the action. BUT then Forest got that bubble over his head that tells you that the Sim can't reach their destination so I had to tell him to get in the shower again and he died right in front of it.  I am furious at the two.

Oh, I'm so sorry about that.  I've learned from everyone who has lost someone due to fire.  I have showers everywhere!

I'm sorry also. Fire is hard but sometimes avoidable.

First, never leave the sculpting station or inventing table empty. If you do a sim with the skill will sometimes start to invent or heaven forbid will go to make a metal sculpture while your're with another sim. I've had it happen and have had some very bad moments because of it. Also, it is best to keep unlearned cooks out of the kitchen too. Sometimes even having a shower next to the station won't work especially if the game is wonky. For this dynasty I'm staying away from metal sculptures until I get an immortal trained up for it with plenty of deathflowers in his/her inventory.

Keep working. I'm proud of you for getting through all those kids!!!! ;D

Charles has gotten busy with Kristi Wolff. He wanted to propose so I let him but its as close to marrying her as he ever will. And Morgana Wolff died after. Charles's son plays in the background.

Well Mortimer and Bella broke up. Vivian is distraught. I was going to try and save the relationship but after Mortimer started flirting with the maid and then beat Hannah (he lost though) Hannah ended the marrage.

Mortimer decides to pay a visit to Bella after the break up.

You can see what's on his mind.

Hannah has completed her lifetime wish of professional author. She is best friends with 1Donte Caballero, 2Bella, Sandi French, 4Carla Johnson, 5Cheryl Handy, 6Susanna Gallo. has bought stoney falls (upgraded) and the bookstore. Has maxed author career. Has done 5 OP's, 1make a sculpture of a suspect, 2bring any sculpture to the police station, 3write a sci fi novel, 4correcting past mistakes, 5write a biography, 6dilver a painting to France (will happen after Vivian's YA birthday wen they travel to France). She has all but her A & E portraits, she's still a young adult.
Am I missing anything?

Well Vivian met her 'uncle' at school. Her grandpa has a lot of explaining to do about why Holly Alto's kids look like her. Then Holly died. I guess Cameron's generation is keeling over at this time. Then Cameron got the Broken Heart moodlet.

It's Vivian's birthday! Her dad invited all his illegitimate children over, time for them to meet their sister's and brother's! Charles invited over his fiance and child he has 7 other kids with Kristi Wolff.

This is Charles's daughter, she is the daughter of Kristi Wolff who is the only child of Morgana and Thorton Wolff.

Here is Vivian's new ride. She is eco-friendly so this is the only vehicle that doesn't give her a bad moodlet.

She also had the green thumb trait and the super green thumb lifetime reward.

Even Zelda came out to play.

Next a trip to France. Hannah will have then completed the requirements because she needs to deliver a painting there. She also has the acclaimed author, extra creative, and artisan crafter lifetime rewards.

I am deleting the inventor table and no more scrap EVER AGAIN. Hailey was working on a metal sculpture when I went to the bathroom when I came back this was waiting.

I mean are sims so stupid they can't put themself's out, jump in the pool, jump in the shower, family member put them out! She was the ONLY one who could catch deathfish. I only have FOUR left, and she was on the 5th level of the Business careear, shewas bringing in money! I'm controlling everthing now.when I'm not watching them I'm locking them up no one else is gonna die except for old age.

Well, the good news is with all those deaths at least you are weeding out the population you have to deal with.  It's annoying though, isn't it?

Sorry about that. I always hit the pause when not looking or not paying attention. I know they jump in Wells all by themselves while in tomb and burned by firetrap. But really don't know about this situations, it happend to me just once and I directed Sim into a shower.
How did you make that foggy flower around tombstone? Is it from sprinkles or something else?
And don't worry about deathfish, you have enough for 4 weeks at least, and it only take level 6 to catch deadfish with angelfish as a bait. You can get it in no time ;)

Yes it is annoying, and I was hoping for a meteor not anymore. I have a feeling that if one did come someone else would die from fire or by being hit by it. This may sims may be hard to control but they all do something that helps a lot.

Hannah, "You had as much part in this as I did!"
Mortimer, "I'm not the one with a belly! learn to control yourself, self control Hannah learn the word NO!"

To save space I just thought of the best idea, I'll marry Hannah to someone who the game says is about to die then get her pregnant. The dad might not see his baby but it's not against the rules because it will be a child of a Sim living in the household.

That's why I save every hour with a different save game name (saved game1, saved game2, etc.), that way I never lose more than an hour of play in case the game crashes.
