Ok , now I'm bit confused  about rummage. TGBlank do you suggest me to get a job at LAW and photograph when the cop interviews a sim?
Pam, I tried with the trash . I spent for Mid-Life Crisis to make my sim slob. Nothing but noting!
MegTrog, use my trick.
Metro, tranks , I will try. With fighting flab I'm sure but with the drink, I must try.
Now I'm stuck in Egypt. I forgot the star key home and I can't enter in Sphinx . And I can't find the Cursed! Aventure. I'm mad because in first day, I found it in market and I didn't know that I will need. And now, it's gone poof.

ANY sim, not just a slob or thief, can rummage in trash cans as long as the home where the trash can is located is occupied.

And about " remedy for a hot day " i tried with sprinklers and swimming

I got remedy for a hot day with a picture of someone playing in the sprinklers. Maybe there are other actions that qualify also, but I haven't heard of them.
If you're only playing one sim it might be tricky to catch someone in the sprinklers, but if you have some on you property and invite someone over, sometimes they decide to play in them.
Hope this helps!

The trash can also has to have something in it, take another sim with you when you go (no you don't need a certain career, any sim can do this, as long as they are teen +), another sim in your household maybe? Then have the OTHER sim go out and rummage through a trash can (just click on the trash can if its empty, nothing will come up, but if it's full however, an option for "Rummaging" will come up to be clicked.) Then while that sims has at it in the garbage (probably would be best if they shower afterwords) Just take a snapshot and wah-la!

I think he means "voila", French for "There it is"

Yes, I'm sorry, I tend to use that word a lot more often, and people are always asking me what it means.  My bad,  :-\ I'm very used to just using that with people who know what it means right away.

I think the problem may just be the incorrect spelling of the word.  "Wah-la" just doesn't read the same as the real French word "voila."  I studied French in school and the word is very familiar to me, but the phonetic spelling threw me off.  :)

I'll be reviewing this thread soon to improve the photography guide. It needs a lot of work, and I've seen countless answers here. This can all be worked in. I intend to split it into multiple pages so the photograph collection page will have plenty of content thanks to you all. I've recently noticed a lot of people searching for specifics to completing some of these, so it's really helpful. I'll likely rework the tables to make it more user friendly, as well. Cheers!

Let me know if I can help, I've gone through almost all of the photography skills and stuff because it fits my personality so nicely. (If you can picture a strange girl throughout her High School randomly taking pictures of people for the school newspaper. ;) ) Anyways I digress, it made me want to look into photography in the Sims a lot more, so if you would like to know anything I'd be happy to do my best to answer.

I've been trying to capture the "Nectar and Food" shot and used several combinations of Glasses, bottles ect.  Can somebody tell me exactly what I need subjectwise to get this shot?  it's the last one I need to finish the collection ???

OK, have your Sim prepare a single dish of something, (e.g. Autumn salad, Cheese Plate, etc.) Then place it on the counter, once its on a counter, pull out a nectar bottle and place it on the same counter as close to the food as you can get. Have your Sim stand back and after you move the camera around a bit you should see the "Nectar and Food". That's how I did it.

-However I was trying to finish the garden plants album but could not find any White Roses whatsoever ANYWHERE I looked. It was frustrating, that and sunflowers never came up as an option when shooting them. Anyone else sharing that problem?

Can you get white roses through Build Mode?

I did look, however there was only "Semi-Roses" and "Rosey Roses" and other things but no specific "White Roses". So I did a generic thing and put every type of plant spaced out and put the camera over it, and sure enough none of them were classified as "white roses"

White Roses are easy to take when you separate them any other things that might 'attract' your shot. But the Sunflowers... I still haven't gotten them.

Took your advice Livvie but still can't get the shot.  I'll pile a bunch of food and nectarbottles on the floor and try one more time and if it doesn't work... ::)

You just need one. Normally I put a single cheese plate down on the ground along with one nectar bottle within the same "square" of the sim's house (you know on the grid how you have squares). Just hover over it with your camera and it should come up with nectar and food.

Where did you find the White Roses? I couldn't find them anywhere!

They are in Buildmode with Flowers, they are a manicured round bush with a stalk, they don't look white but I think they will work! The Sunflowers are the same menu.

Sunflowers can be found in the middle house at the beach of Sunset Valley (Not potted)

White Roses will be in the richer sims Gardens.

You need one serving of a meal next to one glass of nectar(not bottle, but one glass). If you can't, then try in a clear area: one glass, one bottle, one plate of nectar, one serving of a meal, one fruit - all close together, then get a shot.

You are welcome, though I think aws said it a better way than I did. :)
Anyways, samoht04 can you tell me what the white roses are called? I could have sworn I looked thoroughly through and didn't see anything titled "White Roses" was it the "Semi-Roses"?

I'll have to check tomorrow morning, unless someone else gets back to you on it! I am going to bed now (9pm), with a headache.  :( Oh well at least its Friday tomorrow!

Hi Livvie...the only flower "bush" described by samoht are the lazy daisies...they're white. :)
