Well it seems like Bill is off to a good start having his LTW done, is there a story associated with this family?

what does dynasty family or legacy family mean?

A Dynasty family is one being played following the rules of the Immortal Dynasty Challenge designed by Metro for this Forum.  You can find more information in the Challenges section.  A Legacy family has different rules to it.  There is a Legacy Help, Tips and Strategies thread under Miscellaneous help.  I would recommend checking those two threads, and if you have further questions you could ask there.

Annnnddd, you can play either a legacy or dynasty challenge and just make it a personal challenge, changing whatever rules you want to if you want to, or not, and not be part of the "official" challenge at all.  I have one I'm doing "officially" and several just because I like to make long family lines.

I think Bill has a money tree.
They also moved into a house i made via edit town (i play with cheats mostly familyfunds) called Emperor's Palace at 15 summerhill court.
It has 2 floors plus a tower on top of the house so 4 floors.
It has 4 or 5 bedrooms , an indoor pool , 2 or 3 studies , a huge balcony with a dining table,chesstable,telescope,and a bar
