Trip duration
« on: November 11, 2010, 02:19:28 AM »
First time seen this:

(day spent in China -1)
It's their 3rd day in China.
First I've sent one them home and he went back. I sent other two after him and they all safely arrived back home, with family tree intact, and her adventure journal now say 1 trip 0 days in China. Visa level is same.

I know samoht! I had to take a picture, couldn't believe when I saw. It's not usual traveling bug, they came back home safely, and no mysterious children appeared. I've checked on that bar that shows how many days you've been on trip, and that start with 1/3, or 1/9, well it kept showing that it's their 0 day in China. It's great for regular games, can't relay on journal to keep a track.

I think I remember the same thing happening to me where the days spent said -1. I think that it should just go back to normal in a few days. Also I noticed you said something about a random child appearing on your home lot. That same thing happened to me so my question is: Why does that happen?

That's off topic for this thread.  Also, I edited your post to remove the special effects you had for your text.  Please use just plain black text when posting on the Forum.  It makes posts much easier to read.

I saw it later too and learned whenever something strange like this happen game is getting glitchy and better load back up file sooner rather than later. As to what triggers it - I really don't know if anything specific does.
