Somewhere in Riverdale

[beep..beep...beep..]

Nurse: Doctor is there any change?
Doctor Nile: No, has anyone come to visit him any idea who he is?
Nurse: No.

I could hear them talking about me, I wanted to tell them who I was but I was trapped in darkness. I was plagued with random images, some that I couldn’t make sense of. But one always stayed the same, Shauna smiling at me telling me to come to her but as I got closer I could see someone else. Suddenly she stopped smiling fear was now in her eyes, Mika was standing next to her I tried to yell out to her to run. But then something strange happened Mika became Shauna! My heart started racing I couldn’t believe my eyes it was right there all along.

[ beep beep beep beep....beep beep beep beep..]

Nurse: Doctor come quick somethings happening!
Doctor Nile: Can you hear me? What is your name?

[beepbeepbeepbeepbeeeeeeeppppp........]

Doctor: Nurse grab the paddles! Clear!...Clear!... charge 10 percent.. Clear!

Trying to be Shauna Neat

Journal, it’s been a month since I last seen Exodus I was hoping that there would have been news of his survival, but nothing. I have been keeping myself busy, learning new traits and skills, I fear that my life here will soon be over and I will have to move on. I’ve gone back to my alias, it is the only way to hide but this time I know who I am. My only regret is that I couldn’t tell my love how I felt and who I was but it was the only way. Sometimes I drive back to the place where we last , where she last confronted him. I search for anything that would tell me if he made it after I dumped him in the water hoping the waves would carry him the way it carried me long ago. After I returned from France the sickness I was feeling a few weeks before just got worse, now it seems like I am sick everyday. Between being tired all the time and sleeping, oh and the bathroom run I don’t get very much done anymore. Maybe if I am up to it I will go to the doctors tomorrow.

Journal ,it is worse than I thought, today I visited the doctors he told me I was pregnant! I never planned to take care of another person, I was barely taking care of me. So now my plans have changed, I know for sure now that I will have to move. I am now about 7 months pregnant, I have been doing odd jobs on the side saving up money to buy a new house somewhere outside of the city. I worry about the baby, I wonder if he or she will be all human or will it carry the traits of my father. That thought scares me, I don’t know how I would take care of it how I would teach it to survive. I wish Exodus was here, he would help me through this. Tomorrow I will look for a new place to live, and also learn how to make cheeseburgers.

Tv: Clear skies with a chance of rain over the weekend will bring the temperature down. In other news, the mystery man found in Riverdale just a few months ago is still in a coma, doctors are wondering if they should pull the plug or wait for any family to claim him. Police say they found his body on the beach barely breathing. He was then rushed to the hospital where doctors reported a strange bite on his arm, no one is commenting on what did this or how he survived during that sea storm.

* If you haven't read Double Trouble then this story will not make sense, but I will try to make it it's own story so that you can enjoy it regardless. So for those who have read the previous stories, I am speeding through the whole pregnancy thing because one I can't wait to see what the babies will be like and two the story doesn't really start to be fun until they are children. So I am just working up to it, if it seems a little boring at first.

Enjoy, I'll post tomorrow just because well, what will you read then if I do it all now.

I hope you enjoy the story. I read the Life of Hannah Longing great story I try to catch up whenever I see a new post.

Thanks kattiq, he is a survivor I have plans for him, we may see him again if it works out.

Note.

So on real game play I just let my sims do whatever they want and I just take pictures, they do their own interactions except when I was teaching skills or when the babies were hungry, which was often. There are no pictures of the infants, I just skipped to the toddler stage.

Journal, the pain is getting worse it is time, the next time I write I will have a baby, can you believe it another life that is a part of me. It is now 6am, you would never believe it but I had twin girls, I know who knew. Olivia came out fighting kicking her legs and grabbing the doctors, they were surprised she had that much strength it took two nurses to settle her down. But she was beautiful her eyes were a pale rose colour and were piercing. Next came Ava unlike her sister she came out calm and quiet she surveyed the area before she unclenched her tiny fists. I almost thought that she and her sister were going to start a war. Ava’s eyes were golden, they seem to sparkle when she smiled. I had only planned for one baby looks like I’ll need another bed, and some help but I can’t afford to bring anyone new into my life just yet. I found a new place just on the outside of town. It needed a lot of work but I got it done in time. I know I am going to need help but I will have to make it on my own at least till they start school. Already I can see that they will be different, they seem to have their own language something that only they share. It's time for a change a drastic change, I saw something I liked in a magazine I think I’ll try it.

After awhile I got the hang of putting them to bed at the same time so I could have more time to myself, I focused on my cooking skills just in case they would need a special diet when they got older. I was also happy to see that hair finally grew on their heads, I was a little worried they would have to deal with baldness as well as well the other thing. Olivia got fire red hair with a touch of blonde like my mother. Ava got my black hair with highlights of blue a teenagers dream she would never had to dye it.

Journal, I am sooooo bored, I love my girls but oh my god if I hear one more happy panda song I am going to hang myself. I need some real talk stat! Between potty training, teaching them to walk and talk, feeding and cleaning them it is a nightmare. Sometimes I wake up with a diaper in my hand yelling where are the wipes?! Is this what being a mother is about? They are eating me out of house and home, every min they are hungry they are never satisfied. This can’t be normal for a toddler can it? I am going to have to go shopping soon, ahhh fresh air how I missed you. It’s 5 am I had a nightmare that my father was standing in the girls room looking over them. I have never seen his face but I am sure that when I look at the girls it is his face I see. They have strong cheek bones which are not mine or Exodus, which are more soft and rounded, if it weren't for the obvious reasons I would think they were boys.

Journal, today was a trying day, everything that could have gone wrong did. My bills came on time that was the first thing that went wrong then it was downhill from there. The twins kept me so busy that I have neglected my housework. Dirty dishes were piling up, the sink conveniently broke down when I was attempting to wash them. Then when I finally got someone out here to fix it I ran out of soap and diapers and eggs! That meant I had to go into town which means I would have to take the terrible two with me, after fighting with them just to get their shoes on I had no gas in the car and I broke a nail. I cursed only to find that I had an echo, the twins were using my curses for their own amusement. I had to resort to having a delivery guy bring my supplies to my house. I had to also ask him to bring some gas for my car which I can tell you was embarrassing. There is a silver lining, the twins will be celebrating their birthdays soon and oh off to school YES, I mean I will miss them dearly. I will be able to rejoin the adult world once again. Maybe I’ll get a job, I said maybe.

Journal, I find myself thinking more and more of him everyday the girls are growing so fast and are starting to ask questions. It won’t be long now, where they will know for sure that they are different and will never lead a normal life like everyone else. Sometimes I lay awake at night trying to make a plan on how I would explain to them the unique life we live. It has been a long time since I used my gifts, I have been very careful. But tonight I needed to see him, to be with him so I used my gift, just this once ok twice but the first time was not intentional. I closed my eyes and focused all my energy on him I let the fire consume me and waited. With him being in a coma it was easier to reach him, he would not be able to fight me I could appear in his “dream” make things happen there, make myself real to him. I wanted to tell him, to tell him about the girls about everything he was missing and how much I needed him to be here with me. But I knew it was too dangerous, this may be the last time I get to see him.

Doctor Nile: We almost lost you, can you tell me what your name is?

Exodus: Devon, my name is Devon, where am I?

Doctor Nile: Your are at Memorial Hospital, do you remember anything? How you got here where you are from?

Exodus: No (I lied, I remembered a lot more than I wanted to but for now I figured it was safer if I said nothing)

Doctor Nile: Ok well rest, you have been through a lot I’ll be back to check up on you later.

I was very weak, leaving this place was not an option I would have to stay here, for now. My thoughts were with Shauna, could my dreams have any truth . I didn’t know what to think and I had no resources to find out. All this thinking made my head hurt.

Nurse: I’m glad to see you are awake, I have been taking care of you (shy tone) you must work out a lot, I mean you know because well...can I get you anything? My name is Clara, I work the night shift mostly but lately I have been working overtime. I am doing some renovations on my house, it is only me there you know.

Doctor: Nurse we need you in room 5

Nurse: Yes doctor

That was weird.

Cute Twins! I'm glad Shauna got the hang of taking care of them!
