ADVENTURE: China Meditation

Hey can anyone tell me how to get a Sim to meditate?  I am in China and one of the adventures is to meditate for 2 hours and I cannot figure out how to get him to meditate.

I believe you can meditate after you reached lv 5 in martial arts. Click on your sim and select 'meditate'

You have to increase his Martial Arts skill to level 5 in order to meditate.  Then click on your Sim to get the option.
