Let's write a mail to EA
« on: June 11, 2011, 05:44:43 AM »
I have seen multiple topics now about members undergoing the same sort problems as I have according to bugs in The Sims 3. Everybody writing their own mail wouldn't be noticed I'm afraid, but writing together a mail including the names of all the members having the same sort of bugs after installing Generations (freezing sims, disapearing sims, sims not selectable, inventory bugs) and maybe writing it in the name of this forum could make a difference.
This forum is huge, and it's populairity can't be unnoticed by Electronic Arts. Therefore EA should take us serious.
So, would all of you who are having this related bugs please post under hear shortly and type of bug you have?

Remember folks, this topic is not intentional made to bash EA (as of course I am against that) but I hope now we will get answers to our problems. And how to fix those.

Thanks in advance people! The more people who are willing to help each other here, to better we stand. :)
Attention fellow members! The forum rules essay is starting soon. You better refresh your mind. ;)

Leto what exactly do you expect to get from EA? A fix of all bugs could already be on the way, but it's not going to happen overnight, or so soon after generations (and it's bugs) was released. In my opinion the most you could expect is a response that says they're working on fixing the problems. If that's all you want, then go right ahead, but I wouldn't hope for more than that, it's just not feasible in my opinion. Tell them about the bugs, yes, but I bet they already know, and - hopefully - are working on it.

A thread already exists on the official EA forum:

Thread locked. But, thanks, Leto. ;)
