I don't think that's the house I found, is it big?
Compared to the others from Egypt and French it is not big. But it is the biggest in China however.
Follow the road in the northwest when your sim goes to China and you will eventually find it, seperated from the rest of the buildings. It's located in a nice environment, but I personally don't find it a good location, because your sim have to run a lot before he or she arives at the first road.
