It annoys me when Sims bring their toddlers to night clubs and leave them in the lobby. The kid sits in front of the elvator picking his nose and no one can use the elevator! The Strikers and Hemlocks are always bringing their kids to clubs.

"So kid, this is The Grind. We're going to leave you in the lobby where anyone could just pick you up and take you home while Mummy and I go dance and drink Pomegranate Passion."
Frankly, our ancestors don't seem like anything to brag about. I mean, look at the state they left us in, with the wars and the broken planet. Clearly, they didn't care what would happen to the people that came after them.

But at the Grind the kids are sitting on the dance floor picking their noses. The adults almost trip over them!

It irritates me that the game doesn't automatically let a parent pick their child up when they leave a location. The amount of times my mum Sim abandoned her child in the middle of the library when I would click on her to go home.
The other thing that annoys me is when random Sims start picking up my baby to snuggle, hello trying to get junior to sleep there thank you very much. This annoys me in real life too  >:(

Agreed, completely! I sent Agnes and Chris and Cornelia to the park to have a family picnic, with one of the kids (baby), and they left the poor kid on the ground and went to eat their hot dog. Then Xander Clavell's dad came and started snuggling him. Ew. >:(

The child abuse in this game is ridiculous. Does anyone else install nurseries everywhere it is realistic to? The only places I don't are junkyards, fire stations and sleazy bars.

So you install nurseries at the film studio too, huh? :P

I don't consider myself silly, assuming you said "everywhere".

I hate when people line up to snuggle a baby  >:( I send a sim to feed the baby when somebody else has already done it. And they cue the "I can't get there" dance.

I hate when the sims tap their foot. Pushy!

I remember in Sims 2 people would lay the nooboos on the ground and they would look dead. Their arms were sprawled out and they looked limp.

That's one in the crib, but they look like that in the ground. They would also wash them in the sink.

Now nooboos are all bundled up like caterpillars and all they can move is their little body and arms. :(

I think Sims 2 and 3 has some serious child abuse problems.

Hrm, the thing that annoys me is...when I tried to start a thread like this, I was told by Pam it was "just a rant thread" and she locked it.  >:(

Well technically that is not something that annoys you about the Sims so you are off topic  ;). It would probably be best to discus any problems you have with Pam rather then going public.
I am sure Pam will let you know exactly why you were not allowed to go on with your thread.

Sydney, I miss that too. I do hope in a future patch and EP, they do let us wash the babies. I don't like the way the babies look like larvae. They look so uncomfortable in those things like "GET ME OUT OF THIS THING ALREADY!"

I'm really annoyed with maids and babysitters not doing their job. I'm even more annoyed with the fact that toddlers can't sneak out of their cribs after learning to walk.

Yeah I loved washing the toddlers and nooboos. I was hoping they would add that in Generations, but unfortunately not. I just don't like how nooboos look in both games. Sims would leave babies on the floor after giving birth in sims. Good thing they don't do that anymore. :) I just felt kinda iffy about washing in the sink...what about the garbage disposer? I don't want diapers in my sink.  :o But luckily I didn't care then. They were just so cute in the sinks.

Anyways, it annoys me how towns don't have corral libraries.  >:(

The memories are kind of annoying to me.  It's a nice idea and all, but does my sim really need a new memory added every time he unclogs the toilet?

The memories aren't nearly as annoying once you've turned off the notifications ("..." button > Options > General Settings tab > uncheck/untick the box called "Enable Memory Notifications").  Sure, you still see the little flashy bit every time they do something they think is noteworthy, but at least you don't get the popup message about it.  Honestly, I often forget about the memories until I get a message telling me the memory book is full.  Oops!

You remember how in the Sims 2 they have like a different station for changing diapers? Yeah, ok. I want that. It really annoys me that it's just Change (Dirty) Diaper. I also agree with washing the babies.  :-\

I loved the changing table it made the nursery look complete. I also think it is pretty far fetched that every Sim in the game can have the same wardrobe(choice of clothes). I seem to recall being able to go clothes shopping in the Sims 2 it is much more realistic that our Sims would have to go to a shop and buy clothes. I remember being so excited when I could afford something new.

It always annoys me when I make one of my sims read a book and they run all the way around the house to sit in the dinning room when I have a the best chairs set up in the study right next to the book shelf.

It annoys me when my sim is at the top of the daycare profession, taking care of 4 or 5 toddlers, plus 2 or 3 school aged children, and only gets 500 simoleons a week. That job should pay WAYYYY more than that.
