Dreamweaver Townie DecaDynasty - Chapter 55: A Look at Chewit

Taffy has gotten really pretty. Glad you kept her bangs. However, I'm a bit surprised, you didn't go with Banana's hairstyle, as part of her many outfits. Those Master Suite Outfits are beautiful, and I have used nothing but the MSS outfits for sleepwear on my Sims as well. 

Pez again, is a very cute boy. I think they're the cutest original townie offspring I've ever seen in my life.

I'm trying to use different hairstyles in this Dynasty, for one.  For another, I was never very fond of Banana's hairstyle like I was Bubblegum's. 

Pez has aged up now and he is the spitting image of Christopher, except bigger muscles.

Chapter 23 - Taffy’s Big Decision

Before we get to Taffy’s decision, let’s catch up on other news in the Dreamweaver family.

Christopher had his elder birthday.  Everyone gathered around the new big dining room table.



I gave him a makeover to fix his hair and get his green clothes after this.



Zelda is 94 days old now.  She still works in her garden every day and Pez is starting to help so he can take it over after she’s gone.  I don’t let her leave the house because I don’t want her to die off the lot and then have trouble getting her tombstone.  She’s the one who will be part of the moving requirements, so it’s critical that I have it.

Now that Taffy has the Cat Person trait, she spends more time with the kitties.  Here she’s hugging and smooching Mango.





In this one, they’re playing with the feather toy together.  That’s Taffy in her swimsuit from Master Suite.



Finally, a flea bath and some petting.  Mango made Taffy his BFF.





This is Heidi in the fish bag.  They’ve starting playing in this toy now and it’s really so cute.  The cat gets in the bag and starts luring the Sim with meows.  The Sim looks for the cat and when he get to the bag, the cat reaches out and paws at his legs.  The Sim gets a +15 Paw of Love moodlet.



Taffy is even painting portraits of the cats.  This one is Heidi.



And this is the Rainbow Beetle that Heidi caught, worth over $1,000.  Good kitty!

Well, Taffy has been keeping a secret since she aged to Young Adult.  She’s had a boyfriend all this time.  Out of the possible beaus, there was only one that she wanted to kiss.



Yes, it’s Derek Keaton.



We pick up that story at the point where Taffy has a wish to propose to Derek.

And he accepted!



If everything goes well, they’ll get married when she completes her moving requirements during her Adult period.  And it’s a good thing she choose Derek because look at what happened to Mortimer!

It is so cute about the fish bag. I didn't know that. Congrats with the engament! Too bad about Morty but Derek is a good choice.

Chapter 24 - All About Pez

When it was time for Pez to age up to Young Adult, Christopher wanted to throw him a birthday party.  And so he did.  The party was a complete flop and nobody showed up.  To make things worse, the birthday cake was bugged and Pez couldn’t age up with it.  In frustration, he went to the fire station next door and worked out on the weight machine.  After he calmed down a bit, he phoned Shantel Beard, a babysitter he knew from school.  They were friends and he’d had a crush on her for some time.  Pez hoped he could make it more than friends before he become too old for her.  He had a wish to kiss her and was frantically going through the romantic interactions when this happened.



Too late!  Pez became a Young Adult and romance with Shantel was out of the question.  And he got a Bad Date moodlet!  Poor Pez.

Pez got his new hair and wardrobe, and is quite a handsome young man.















I put him in Christopher’s original hair so you can see just how much he resembles his father.  Amazing, isn’t it?



Pez was Valedictorian of his class (and was also Prom King), and was voted The Most Likely to be a Sports Star.  He and Taffy finish school with almost identical accomplishments.



While waiting for Shantel to age up, Pez started his own adult life.  He joined the Science career.  He’s got Handiness, Gardening, and Fishing skills, so I guess it’s a natural choice for him.  He started working out at the gym and is already more muscular.



Like his older sister, Pez’ last trait is Cat Person (added to Neat, Natural Cook, Loves the Outdoors, and Athletic).  He wanted to adopt a cat of his own, so the shelter brought baby Elijah to him.





What is it with kittens and the television?



Heidi and Mango want to get to know Elijah.



Pez loves his little Elijah.



After a few days, Shantel aged to Young Adult and Pez didn’t waste any time.  First he invited her to the beach.  She’s still as lovely as ever.



Next time, he invited her over to the house.  He finally got his kiss!  For some strange reason, this kiss got him the Naughty reputation.



He got a little more, too.  Pez and Shantel are going steady!



Sadly, Zelda won’t be able to see her son marry.  Grim came for her in the middle of the day.  She lived 101 days, which is pretty incredible.  Her tombstone is the tall one.  Thank you, Zelda, and rest in peace.

She really was.  I'd never played Zelda, but she was a great Dynasty spouse.  She and Christopher were in love right up until the end.

Yeah, I couldn't resist the Cat Person trait and I didn't think it would interfere with Taffy's other responsibilities.

Chapter 25 - A Little More Pez

Taffy’s story is somewhat on the back burner at the moment.  She’s spending her time painting so she can SuperMax that skill and reach level 10 in that career.  She’s close and only needs one more brilliant painting for the SuperMax, and she’s at level 8 in her career.  After that, she’ll have to finish the last three levels in Guitar to complete her Lifetime Wish.

I had purchased the Stone Hearted Lifetime Reward for the whole family so they wouldn’t suffer so much when Zelda died.  The cats couldn’t get it, though, and they are all heartbroken over losing Zelda.



Pez’ kitten Elijah aged up to a beautiful grown cat.



They do manage to calm down from their grief and here they are watching television together.



Now that Pez finally has his dream girl, he’s not wasting any time.  He took her out on a date for dinner and they ended up at the park watching the stars together.



He finally got up the courage to propose to Shantel.



They had a quick wedding in the moonlight.





They spent their entire wedding night trying for a baby.  Shantel was nauseous the next morning, so I think it worked.

Shantel got a makeover to take advantage of her favorite color, hot pink.  She’s so lovely naturally that I gave her only some light makeup.













Shantel has some interesting traits:  Flirty, Family Oriented, Easily Impressed, Kleptomaniac, and Equestrian.  She has an unfortunate Lifetime Wish of becoming a master thief which will have to be changed.  And because she was an NPC babysitter, her age is messed up.  She just aged to Young Adult, but her age bar shows her 13 days from elder.  I’ll have her get tattoos to reset her age until Pez catches up with her.  She’s not an heir, so it’ll be ok.

With Pez and Shantel having their own family, hopefully there will be more Dreamweavers in town than just the direct line of heirs.

Chapter 26 - Last Call for Pez Dreamweaver

Things with Taffy are about ready to take off, so this will be my last update about Pez and his family.

Shantel went into labor in Taffy’s studio.



Shockingly, Shantel gave birth to twins, a girl and a boy!  The girl is named Tootsie and her twin brother is named Roll.  Welcome to the world, Tootsie and Roll Dreamweaver!

Christopher was, of course, a loving grandfather.





The twins aged up into adorable blond toddlers.  Both have Shantel’s hair.  Tootsie has Zelda’s black eyes!  Roll has Pez and Christopher’s blue eyes. 





As darling as they are, they won’t be part of the main story.  They’re at the most precious age, but my focus is now completely on Taffy.  She’s very close to completing her moving requirements and starting her new life.  It’s going to be hard leaving Christopher, Pez, and his family behind.  I’ve grown very fond of them, but I’m sure Taffy will see them often.
