Historical Horder

As a refresher:

'A Historical Horder has Collected 20 Relics of each culture. Relics discovered by Historical Horders are 50% more valueble.' This text is according to the Adventure Journal.

My sim has completed the Historical Horder Opportunity. My question now is, does this only influences the value of the Common Relics, or are the Relic Collection also covered?

While I've never completed this one, I'd have to say that this applies to any and all artifacts that are collected after it's completed.  It would not affect anything found beforehand.
