New photography glitches?

My sim visiting France could not take the photo labelled "nectary".  My game is now labelling the nectary as a "hotspot" for the nightlife photo collection. 

Has anyone else seen this problem?

I think it's a common problem that came with LN patch, the nectary will be considered as hot spot if you take the picture at night, the solution would be to take it in the morning

Actually, I think I saw someone say the only way to get a picture of the nectary as a nectary is to do it the first time you go to France.  Otherwise, you'll never be able to complete it.

So does this mean first time a particular sim visits France or first time in a game someone visits France? I'm doing photography for the first time in ever now and was just about to send my photographer to France for the first time. But her boyfriend has already been there once.

I have a related question: has anyone been able to get a photo of the diner in Twinbrook? My game recognizes the boxcar diner only as a 'place in town', not a diner.

It has been a while since I did photography but if you really want to be sure to get the picture send your sim to take it right away when you arrive.
I could always check next time one of my dynasty sims goes to France if it stays as a hotspot for the rest of your trips there.
