For some reason I can't download these, I suspect it's because I've gone back to the 1.4 patch instead of using 1.6/1.7. Bother

I was really confused too and kind of mad, but then I saw that. Haha.

They should also put the free stuff in the store under the free stuff section... Would that not make more sense?
I also think they should have more pictures of how the hairs look because I bought a couple and was VERY dissapointed. It's funny how people like Peggy and other modders can care more about making nice hair and clothes than the Sims 3 team.

I was in the store yesterday hoping they finally had some Christmas decorations for our Sims, didn't see anything new, so glad you posted these items. I always loved the Lips loveseat in TS2 I'm so glad they brought it back!

I read over on the EA forum yesterday that people couldn't get the free Text items that were just put up the other day...I don't understand why EA does that

They also pulled the JC Penny items which were pay, then free and now unavailable. I realize they are a business, but this is just goofy marketing.

I guess if you see something for free, you have to download immediately or it might not be available later....silly EA.

Yeah! That's what I was looking at the other day. They have some great free stuff (and some rubbish stuff) and I thought to myself, I should get that! But I'm borrowing Sims from a friend, so I don't use the Exchange or Store. So I went back on a few days later to see other stuff and it was GONE!! Ahh! I have no idea what it was but now it costs $$$.

I definitely agree, they are silly and most certainly goofy!

The "Text Place Holder" items probably weren't ready to be released yet. They didn't have proper names or anything, so they were probably put on the site prematurely by mistake.

I wondered about the title's of the items...they didn't sound right. Someone probably jumped the gun and put them up too early. I saw that Stancke set up the week before they actually put it in the store, it didn't have a title and you couldn't click on it to look at the items. They also just sent us a message today that if you buy $40.00 worth of Sim points you get some Santa hats male/female for your Sims for free! I can't believe they are serious about that one, that is just lame!

I HATE the store. It's a really good idea of being able to buy things for Sims off the internet but SERIOUSLY! They are completly pathetic. They don't do things properly.
