Change Lifetime Wish
Lifetime Happiness Points: 10,000
If you think your Sim's lifetime wish is too hard, or you picked something like the Perfect Private Aquarium and find you don' like fishing, consider using this reward to change the lifetime wish. EA doesn't want us to be able to complete multiple lifetime wishes on one Sim, so the option to take this reward will vanish once you've completed the original.

In Sims 2, once you completed one LTW, it would be replaced by another. I like that more, because it's make the game funner.

Can this reward only be used one time? I have a sim couple that I've played for a long time and both have completed their LTW but this reward is not on their LTR list.

Now why would this be: "EA doesn't want us to be able to complete multiple lifetime wishes on one Sim, so the option to take this reward will vanish once you've completed the original."? What would be the point of being able for Sims to have long lives and NOT be able to change their goals? Doesn't make sense to me.

This is just how the game goals have been written since the beginning.

Even after you complete your lifetime wish, you still get LTW-bonus dreams to do things related to it, like a Master Romancer will continue getting desires to boink the neighborhood and Master Alchemists will keep wanting to make potions that relate to whatever they're doing and use the potions they just made. Job related and skill mastery LTWs are a bit more limited in this regard.

If a sim went through the trouble to complete their lifetime wish, then it's a permanent fixture of their personality. It's not like you can *accidentally* complete a LTW, so if you intend to make a change, do it before it's locked in!

I can not change the Sims 3 supernatural lifetime wishes, what should I do?
Admin:
What do you mean you can't change them? All of my supernaturals have been able to change their wishes so far with this reward.
