Lifetime Wish List A-J | Lifetime Wish List K-Z | Lifetime Wish Walkthroughs
In this Lifetime Wish list, you'll learn how many lifetime happiness reward points you get for each wish. Additionally, details about what traits inspire each wish are included. Use this to ensure your Sim gets the lifetime wish you want to try. Read my guide to How Wishes Work for details on how to combine traits to get wishes. I've also provided tips for each, to help your Sim complete the wish.
Become a Creature-Robot Cross Breeder: 29,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Green Thumb, Insane, Angler, Handy
Goal: Level 9 in the Science career track
Tips:The Science career track requires fishing, gardening and handiness to advance. Keep this in mind when you're choosing your Sim's traits. The skill that can be the lowest of these three and still get by is fishing. My Sim had level 5 or 6 fishing when he became a mad scientist, which is a step above cross breeder.
Become a Master Thief: 32,500 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Athletic, Kleptomaniac
Goal: Ascend to level 10 in the criminal career track (thief path)
Tips:Take the kleptomaniac trait for extra fun. This Sim will need a high athletic skill to succeed. They don't need other skills, however, and can get by with high athletics and relationships with co-workers.
Become an Astronaut: 30,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Handy, Athletic, Brave, Daredevil
Goal: Get promoted to 10th level in the military career track
Tips:Athletics and Handiness are the promotion requirements for the military career track. Being an astronaut is quite unique. They only need to work one day a week, but it's a very long shift. It leaves loads of free time for your Sim to do other things.
Become a Superstar Athlete: 29,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Athletic, Party Animal
Goal: Get to the 9th level of the Sports career track.
Tips:The only skill requirement here is athletics. Once your Sim has reached the max level in the sports career track, they can hold autograph signings to make money.

Bottomless Nectar Cellar: 30,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits That Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Green Thumb, Natural Cook, Snob
Goal: Have at least 50 bottles in your nectar cellar totaling $50,000 Simoleons in value.
Tips: If you don't want to buy them yourself, you'll need to take up gardening to really excel at this one. Use the time while your nectar makers are working to tend the garden for time efficiency. Learn a good recipe and keep using it until you've got your 50 bottles. Store them in racks and let them age. You can continue to add bottles to your collection to reach the $10,000 goal faster.
Celebrated Five-Star Chef: 30,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Green Thumb, Natural Cook, Vegetarian
Goal: Make it to level 10 in the culinary career track.
Tips: Natural Cook will help a lot. This is a quite easy lifetime wish. Build relationships with boss and co-workers early for an easier go. If you wonder where your master chef's fridge is, once you've made it to level 10, look in the family inventory under buy mode.
CEO of a Mega-Corporation: 27,500 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish:Charismatic, Loser, Schmoozer, Snob, Ambitious
Goal: Make it to 8th (not max) level in the Business career track.
Tips:Notice this isn't the highest level in the business career track. That's why your Sim will get a little less lifetime happiness points for completing the wish. There aren't actually any skills involved with getting promoted in business, so focus on building up some charisma to woo your Sim's boss and co-workers.
Chess Legend: 30,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Computer Whiz, Genius, Couch Potato
Goal: Max Logic and reach the 5th level in pro chess (Grand Master)
Tips: This isn't very hard. Take the lucky, genius and computer whiz traits. Practice chess on the computer (2nd most expensive computer) to improve logic quickly. Get it to level five or six before your Sim tries their first ranked chess match. Read my Chess Grand Master Guide
Culinary Librarian: 30,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Natural Cook, Vegetarian
Goal: Sim must learn all cooking recipes (or 28 total with expansions installed)
Tips: This is one of the easiest lifetime wishes in the Sims 3. Get to level 10 in the cooking skill, and go to the book store to buy all the recipe books. With Natural Cook, your Sim can even learn the recipes from cookin' cable.

Descendant of Da Vinci: 40,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits That Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Savvy Sculptor
Goal: Max Painting, Sculpting, and Inventing Skills
Tips: This is the highest value Lifetime Wish to come with The Sims 3 Ambitions, and it certainly will be one of the longer ones. Consider the Artistic trait to help speed things up, along with Eccentric. It will be better to spend your first efforts on the one you think you can make the most money with, for your Sims to live a better life while pursuing it.
Emperor of Evil: 32,500 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Mean Spirited, Ambitious, Evil
Goal: Get to the 10th level in the criminal career track (evil path)
Tips:While thieves can get by on athletic alone, to be Emperor of Evil, Sims will need the logic skill. When you achieve this task, your Sim will glow red sometimes, which can hurt relations with other Sims who aren't evil.

Fashion Phenomenon: 30,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits That Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Snob, Charismatic
Goal: Make it to level 10 in the Stylist Profession
Tips: This LTW can be a little hard to inspire. I only had luck with charismatic and snob. If you have other traits that inspire other wishes, you may have trouble getting it to roll. At any rate, the best pick for a Stylist Sim, of course.

Firefighter Super Hero: 30,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits That Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Brave
Goal: Save 30 Lives on the Job as a Firefighter
Tips: The Firefighter Super Hero Lifetime Wish can go very quickly or very slowly. It all depends on which jobs your Sim gets each day. If they get plenty to save other Sims from fires, it could be within a week. It's a toss up, but the wish is your top pick if your Sim is going to brave fires anyway.
Forensics Specialist - Dynamic DNA Profiler: 30,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Computer Whiz, Good
Goal: Reach level 10 in the law career track (forensics path)
Tips:Your Sim will need to be smart (high logic), but later will also need the painting skill for blood spatter analysis. At level 10, your forensic analyst can 'perform analysis on computer' which will net them some nice money. It can be repeated as often as you'd like.
Gold Digger: 20,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Insane, Commitment Issues, Mean Spirited, Mooch, Snob, Evil
Goal: See the ghost of a rich dead spouse
Tips:The Gold Digger lifetime wish can be one of the more challenging goals in the Sims 3. To find a rich Sim to target, look to the mansions in town, visit and look for inhabitants that can be wooed. If they're married, you can get them to leave their husband or wife. Get hitched to your poor victim, then do one of two things: either eat plenty of life fruit (ambrosia's better!) and outlive the target Sim, or get nasty and wall them off with the build mode and let them starve.
Golden Tongue/Golden Fingers: 30,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Virtuoso, Charismatic, Great Kisser, Good Sense of Humor
Goal: Max both Charisma and Guitar
Tips:This is an easy wish. Why? Guitar and Charisma work very well together. Get your Sim's guitar skill up (take virtuoso!). Playing guitar for tips in public places lets your Sim make masses of friends, a little at a time. This is good to satisfy the requirements of each of the charisma levels. Then, study the charisma skill in the library whenever you can get another level. Make charisma the priority, with guitar coming in second.

Great Explorer: 35,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits That Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Adventurous, Brave, Daredevil
Goal: Fully Explore 6 tombs in each travel destination
Tips: This one will require quite a bit of travel time, because China, Egypt, and France will likely need to be visited multiple times. The first dungeon in each location is easy and accessible from the adventure board. You may at first want to decline adventures and run around willy nilly exploring tombs, but remember getting the VISA levels from completing them will help ensure your next trip is the last one you need to wrap up that destination.
Heartbreaker: 35,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Commitment Issues, Great Kisser, Flirty, Party Animal
Goal: Sim must have 10 boyfriends or girlfriends.
Tips:This can be a very fun lifetime wish to pursue. Have your Sim take all kinds of traits like flirty, great kisser and hopeless romantic, which boost love relationships. It can be funny when your lovers run into each other. I wouldn't recommend inviting them all to the same party! Wait, maybe I would. But only after you've completed the LTW.
Hit Movie Composer: 30,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Artistic, Genius, Virtuoso, Hopeless Romantic
Goal: Get to level 10 in the music career track (symphonic path)
Tips:The Symphonic Music Career track requires heaps of logic and guitar skill. Genius and Virtuoso go great together here. Once your Sim has made it to the tenth level, they can hold autograph sessions just like pro athletes.

Home Design Hotshot: 30,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits That Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Artistic
Goal: Achieve 100 top reviews as an Architectual Designer
Tips: Look to your client's traits to understand their wishes. For example, a computer whiz might want more technology around, while someone who can't stand art might prefer prettier furnishings to make up for less art. If you're a sculptor, photographer, or painter, you can also work in your creations and get bonus points.
Illustrious Author: 30,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Artistic, Bookworm, Loner
Goal: Master both painting and writing skills
Tips: This is an easy one. Artistic and Bookworm will pay off here. Your Sim will make a lot of good money staying at home. Consider taking the loner trait to combat loneliness. Couch potato helps writers too, who must sit on their butts all day.
International Super Spy: 30,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Computer Whiz, Brave, Athletic, Childish
Goal: Get promoted to level 10 in the Law career track (special agent path)
Tips: I'm gonna grow up to be like James Bond! I can imagine how childish fits in as a trait here. There's nothing childish about this job though, which will take level 10 in athletic and logic skills. Yep, it's basically just like Perfect Mind, Perfect Body with some career advancements. At level 5, you'll be able to have your Sim write reports on other Sims, interrogating them to learn all of their traits. Finding out someone in the criminal career track can lead to a promotion. At level 10 in this career, you can also raid the criminal warehouse for some money.
Jack of All Trades: 35,000 Lifetime Happiness Points
Traits that Inspire This Lifetime Wish: Insane, Commitment Issues, Workaholic, Childish
Goal: Get to level 5 in four different career tracks.
Tips: Choose some careers that complement each other to maximize the effects of your traits. For example, athletic Sims could be ok in law enforcement, criminal, military and sports careers. You can quit the job once you've reached the fifth level. It may be possible to accept the job offers when you're already employed. Switching jobs once you're past level 5 may work, but it needs to be tested.
