Every skill your Sim pursues will improve faster. This is awesome for a Sim that you want to have in the neighborhood that has a mastery level in every skill. Best taken before you've gained too many skill levels.

my sims learn way faster now. it doesn't seem like it but if you use the
testingcheatsenabled true
code you can control their needs by dragging the bar and they don't have to leave that thing that their doing unless, its a athletic skill, but you could if you had the moodelete manager

I remember this stacking with the faster learning from being a vampire. I once went from 0-10 Athletic skill in a 24 hour period this way.
