Steel Bladder is a lifetime wish that delete the bladder need!
With this,the sims not be in the bad mood once the bladder bar is completly empty,which cause the hygiene bar to go to zero instantly!
Good lifetime reward to buy!

It's a great reward that crosses thevline to being OP for a little bit - it erases a full need, meaning toilets would be purely cosmetical and with no real purpose other than providing them for guests. I usually don't pick this up for «realistic» purpouses.
